| How do you feel about being nominated as 1 of the1000best! |
Sort of warm & fuzzy!Sounds corny but it really is a great feeling to know that someone in my life thinks enough of me to nomiante me as one the 1000best special people.It helps validate who I know myself to be, & its interesting & heartwarming to see what it is about myself that others most notice & think is special .In our quest for self development it is too easy to focus on the things about ourselves that we want to change (because we think they are perhaps less than desirable ),so it is really fantastic to have others honor those things about you that perhaps best defines who you are .Being nominated as one of the 1000best gives me a very special look into the hearts & minds of some of the people in my life ,in a way that I may never have in my day to day interactions -what a gift is this .

| What special things do you do for other people? |
I'm a pretty good listener & a clear logical thinker so often am able to help people sort out issues that they are having in their lives .I care about people & like to help out when I can ,in the ways they most need help & in the ways I can best provide it .I'm a good friend ,a good daughter & sister ,and a good mother .I work as a GP & really love what I do :I put a lot of my heart & soul into my work & by so doing give & receive great rewards .I consider my self very priveleged to be in a position of helping others & doing special things for them .

| What are your hobbies and interests? |
I'm a pretty active person & love bike riding ,bushwalking,skiing & in fact am always ready to take on any sort of physical outdoor challenge .I love to get outside in my garden,I enjoy dancing ( not that I'm any good at it !)& I really love socialising with my family & friends .Reading is a passion that I would like to find more time for as is watching movies & walking my dog .I enjoy doing things with my 9 YO son especially camping &going to the beach .

| Do you have any pets? Are you a cat person or a dog person? |
I have a very cute Scottish Terrier called Wallace ,also known as Wall baby or Wall or Wally .I am an animal lover generally but would have to say I am probably more of a dog than a cat person although have had a couple of cats as pets & certainly like them well enough.
